David Prevost, President, was trained as a Machinist at age 17 and worked in this capacity as a Journeyman for the next 8 years. While attending Portland State University, he was given the opportunity to go in to the mechanical design field by his employer at the time, and worked as a Project Engineer. After one and a half years in this capacity, at age 27, David was promoted to the position of Chief Engineer, in charge of the Engineering Department. After six months, he assumed General Manager responsibilities. At age 30, he started his own design consulting firm, working first in the electronics industry as a troubleshooter and then for four years for a firm developing new products, machines and processes. In 1987, he started Fabrication Enterprises, Inc., a full-service machine and welding shop.

Jim Fetters, Manufacturing Manager, has 20 years of experience in all aspects of shop floor supervision / management and quality control, as well as extensive education and experience in all welding processes, fitting and fabrication techniques. Jim is licensed as a Certified Associate Welding Inspector and is currently seeking his Certified Welding Inspector License.
